The Darkness of White
Travis Maurice Walker or otherwise known as Travis Grizzly is an American ex-Green Beret sniper who fought in the Afghanistan war. The six-foot-five, three-hundred-pound soldier was trained exceptionally well in hand-to-hand combat. In all his years he has never experienced defeat, even in the most extreme circumstances. In short, Travis Walker was born to be the perfect soldier—the perfect killing machine.
On his final tour to Afghanistan, a week before coming home, Travis was struck in the head by an enemy’s sniper bullet; it left him clinging to life. By miracle he survived, but would never be the same. Afterwards he moved to Lake City, Colorado along with his beautiful wife to not only continue the healing process, but to start a new life. With less than four hundred living souls in this historically rich city, it made for a perfect secluded area to keep a man that was programmed to kill safely within his isolated cage.
No one knew they had a walking time bomb living next door until the day the cage was left open. A record-breaking winter storm takes the city hostage, isolating the residents from the rest of the world in a blizzard-like prison. A perfect mixture of adultery, mistrust, and murder will unleash a terrible evil upon the city, hell-bent on wiping out an entire family, along with anyone who dares get in the way. But another force, a seemingly darker one, will simply be—hell-bent.
UNSOLVABLE
The Belfast Demon
In a cozy little corner of the country a demonic killer believed by many to be a soldier of the devil walked amongst the city devouring hope from the living, and souls from the lives it extinguished. It struck utter terror in the hearts of many, including those of seasoned officers who felt powerless against the unknown force that hid in plain sight.
It all began one spring morning in Belfast, Maine when a body was discovered at the banks of a popular fishing sight by a father and his young son who was looking to take advantage of what they thought was going to be a perfect day. The body appeared to be a young male, mutilated beyond recognition. Oddly the ID of the victim was placed neatly atop his forehead. His last known whereabouts was at a popular high-class nightclub where he was seen dancing with an enchanting but unknown woman.
In a span of three weeks five additional bodies were discovered in populated areas across town, all bludgeoned, and like the first victim, their ID’s placed perfectly upon their foreheads.
With no solid leads for the veteran detective and his rookie partner, all they could do was wait for the next body to appear, and pray for a mistake. But with the body count steadily rising, and more evidence that demonic forces may be at work, a race against time had begun to gain more knowledge in demonology to aid their efforts at getting the deranged killer or killers off the streets before other innocent people suffer the same atrocious fate.
Kelsey’s Playground
The Story of a Sadistic Killer
Kelsey Masters is a mother, homeowner, corrections officer, and a psychotic sex-addicted killer. As a young teen, after discovering her mother’s dead body in their own home, Kelsey bounced from one unloving family to the next while in the foster care system. This crude way of living continued until she was a legal adult. The once broken shy little girl who was molested more times than she could remember was replaced with an eighteen-year-old young woman full of hate and rage—equipped with a mind that could not be healed.
Kelsey sought work as a corrections officer at a prison in Virginia. There she would abuse inmates mentally, physically—and sexually, both male and female, and at times they did not live to tell about it. But her psychotic nature wasn’t isolated just within the prison walls. She often preyed on people throughout the secluded city while they tried to live their ordinary boring lives.
Kelsey, who was sick of being the monster she was, fell in love with Michael, a new inmate serving two years for a string of petty crimes. He was the one who was supposed to change her evil ways for the better, but he had other plans—and Kelsey was not part of them.
Hanna, a female prisoner serving a harsher sentence for burglary, was his dream girl. Outraged and emotionally destroyed, Kelsey would see to it that Michael would not get his prize, and Hanna along with anyone else who dares stand in her way would suffer in ways the human mind could not possibly perceive.
Forty Acres
The Disappearance of Dawn Holloway
Waynoka is a small city in Oklahoma that is all but forgotten by the rest of the world. Their crime rate is one of the lowest in the country do to its unusual diminutive size and conservative citizens. The most action they see is an occasional speeding ticket or disorderly conduct. It is the perfect little boring hole in the earth for those who lead a likewise life.
However, the city was turned upside down one fateful morning when news spread quickly of the accidental death of their most beloved resident—from the hands of a fourteen-year-old girl named Dawn Holloway. The people of Waynoka demanded swift justice, even though it was a misfortunate accident. Before Dawn realized the severity of the situation, everyone was against her and her family’s wellbeing. They cursed the very ground they stood upon.
Just when it appeared the city was returning to its normal dull nature, it happened. Dawn Holloway disappeared without a trace, other than her blood which was splayed across her destroyed bedroom, the scene of an apparent atrocious crime. The dark side of this mystery, no one seemed to care, and at times—not even her own mother.
The city was content with its new population: minus one, and it was ready to move on to start a new. But one particular person, the sheriff to be exact, would not give so easily. The more he dug, the darker the case became, and he soon realized the cozy little city he called home for his entire life is an eerie hell filled with monsters that look like you and I.
The Greenwood CURSE
A promising new high school just opened its doors in a small community in Wheeling, West Virginia. But little did the students know, many people lost their homes on the very land in which the new school was built upon. One unique person in particular—was Mrs. Boswell, a middle-aged gypsy woman. She refused to sell the home she inherited from her parents no matter how hard the city pushed—no matter how extreme the prejudice and hatred she was subjected to from her own community became. And not surprisingly, she was the sole obstacle that prevented that well-fed project from going forward.
Tragedy, depending on how one would perceive that, struck when Mrs. Boswell’s home was mysteriously set on fire. And to make matters worse, the fire department arrived in a timely manner—but did nothing. They happily observed the Boswell house burn to the ground—killing her young daughter in the process, her only daughter—her only child.
That, combined with the loss of her husband due to an “accidental” drowning not long before, is what ultimately brought the gypsy woman to the brink, thus taking her own life. But—before doing so, she cursed the land beneath her feet. This wicked curse was simple: those responsible, as well as their children, would be met with a force not of this world, and with it, unimaginable suffering, both mental—and physical.
No one was ever arrested for this atrocious crime, and no real pressure to do so either. Everyone went on with their boring little lives, never talking about what happened on that fateful night again. It became the city’s most darkest secret.
Extinction Event
Approximately 10:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday May 26th, 2030 an amateur fifteen-year-old stargazer peering into the night sky from the comfort of his Cincinnati suburban backyard discovered what appeared to be an untracked comet. He confirmed his findings with his science teacher who called it in to make it official. However, little did the crude astronomer realize, what he discovered was actually a space mountain bigger than Mount Everest, traveling nearly two hundred times the speed of sound—and headed straight for earth. Anyone within a thousand-mile radius of the impact zone would have absolutely no chance of surviving such an event, for they would be completely incinerated. The world would be thrown into a six-month darkness. The air would be toxic, and the soil would be poisonous for anything that tries to grow. In all—the earth would bleed out.
With the advancement of modern technology, countries possess nuclear warheads that would make Hiroshima look like a hand grenades. And with this type of power, the world would have somewhat of a chance at surviving without a single scar to show. However, there is a man hidden within the shadows of the government—a bedlamite, and he will do everything it takes to make certain that space behemoth strikes the very land he and 8.5 billion others call home, thus bringing his dream of a one-man world leader to reality. This illogical madman is not only backed by a handful of military scientists, but also by some of America’s most vicious military soldiers and CIA agents—all turned mercenaries. They are hidden safely within a newly constructed super world deep in the Colorado Mountains.
This man will see to it that all mentioning of this looming danger is cut off from every country in the world—including the United States of America. And to add to this act of lunacy, all who know about this potential species killer high above the earth, including the fifteen-year-old who discovered it, are silenced—killed to keep it a secret.
Isaiah Peace is the sole discoverer of a space juggernaut that will be responsible for wiping out greater than three-quarters of all earth’s species—sending the world as we know it back into a Stone Age. Those few who are cursed to survive within this dying world will realize that ordinary people are deadlier than the hammer of God that was sent to wipe them all out.
This is a story—of an extinction event.
The Greenwood Abductions
A year has passed since the infamous Boswell curse. The city of Greenwood all but buried any proof that it actually occurred. It is Halloween season, 1996, a time that brings joy and pranks by the dozen. But this season—it will bring something much darker than little kids running around in scary masks playing tricks and taking treats.
Greenwood will be faced with another egregious attack, but this time from malicious visitors from another world. Knowing that those unworldly visitors are not abducting Greenwood citizens by coincidence alone, a power-hungry FBI Special Agent in Charge sends his psychotic agent and his ethical rookie partner to silence those who know too much, and to keep the real story from going global…a story that would be catastrophic for not only the FBI, but for the entire country.
Jasmine, the tomboy whose heart is torn in half due to her high school crush having feelings for her best friend, isolates herself from both of them, heeding the advice from the very man who was sent to kill her—FBI agent Mason Arlovski.
The eccentric people of Greenwood will unknowingly rely on their favorite uncanny teens: Jasmine, Rose, Nathan, Jewel, and Rico to save them from violent abductions from beings with no earthly origins, but they will face a grim realization: one of them—will be taken.
The Greenwood Serial Killer
Greenwood’s favorite weirdo, Jasmine Garcia, has just turned eighteen, and her life could not be any more screwed up. She is helplessly trapped in a fierce tug-of-war with forbidden feelings for her best friend, the alleged devil worshipper, Rose Armstrong, and the boy she fell in love with when she was just a fifteen-year-old tomboy—the chiseled high school wrestling hunk, Nathan Daniels. As she struggled with those tumultuous feelings, that doomed and forgotten city that she calls home was facing something far grimmer.
Jasmine has managed to survive a malicious curse, crooked FBI agents with licenses to kill to cover up a dark secret, and being taken—abducted by beings not of this world. However, her newest threat just may be the deadliest of them all. A serial killer lurks in the shadows, snuffing out the lives of young girls with a kind of rage never before seen. One by one their ravaged bodies were discovered across the city, and most of them—were drained of blood.
Not knowing if the serial killer is a man or woman, coupled with evidence pointing to someone in Jasmine’s small circle who could be the one responsible, Greenwood’s favorite weirdoes’ friendship suffers a damaging blow, for they do not trust anyone—including each other. And as the bodies continue to stack in horrifying fashion, they are faced with the realization that the Greenwood Serial Killer, who is quickly becoming known as the worst killer in U.S. history—is not human.
